This is a terrific editorial by a local weatherman, Dan Satterfield, on Weather Radios.  I firmly believe what he says it true.  It is time for the county and state to step up, take action, and protect it’s citizens.  Sirens are of the past; I was about to go to asleep, on the Feb. 6th, at 3 something in the morning and was barely able to hear the siren less then a half of a mile away.  (I did have a Weather Radio that worked flawlessly)  This is unacceptable however, if you feel the same way please contact your local officials, help make action happen, and hopefully save some lives. Click here for more information from WHNT

I am not one to take on-line tests.  Most of the I think are not worth the time.  However, I found one called, ‘What 1996 Theme Song are you?’  I just had to take it and others tests.
