Weather, Danger, Warnings….
This is a terrific editorial by a local weatherman, Dan Satterfield, on Weather Radios. I firmly believe what he says it true. It is time for the county and state to step up, take action, and protect it’s citizens. Sirens are of the past; I was about to go to asleep, on the Feb. 6th, at 3 something in the morning and was barely able to hear the siren less then a half of a mile away. (I did have a Weather Radio that worked flawlessly) This is unacceptable however, if you feel the same way please contact your local officials, help make action happen, and hopefully save some lives.
